Please always include your username on the check so that
payment can be properly applied.
If your balance shows a negative amount, that is the total due on your
account. It is important that you try to make a payment which would result in a
final balance of $0.00 or higher. Negative account balances older than 30 days
are overdue.
If your balance shows a positive amount, it indicates an amount of credit
available on your account. You may find it more convenient to credit your
account for future transactions by making payment in excess of your account
balance. Any positive balance that occurs as a result of your payment may be
refunded to you at any time per your request.
