after paste in from Word or other office products - removes unwanted
formatting so the the pasted text conforms to the site. If your HTML
doesn't quite work as it should, select (highlight) all of your
words in rich text and check ( )it.
This is a very useful and quick tool.

and edit the HTML source for the edited text (this turns the
description box back to what it was before this rich text editor was
installed.
** IE problem: When
using Internet explorer there may be a problem. If you preview but then
arrow back to make corrections, all content in the editor may be lost.
This does not happen with other browsers like Firefox, Netscape, or
Safari (Microsoft always has to be different). To avoid this with IE,
always highlight and copy the content of the editor before previewing.
That way, if the content is lost, you will be able to paste it back in.
