We mix our own soil, including alfalfa, bone meal, blood meal and WORM CASTINGS. We feed primarily with Miracle Grow with minors and SEAWEED CONCENTRATE. We do not force our plants. We use good old California sunshine, water and nutrients. We rely heavily on organic products for insect and disease control---we have LADYBUGS, GREEN LACEWINGS AND PRAYING MANTIS on patrol for us.

This one like its sib Puffer Fish does not grow large for most people, but performs well.

Heavenly Pink Fang is an outrageous fanged daylily. It is the first pink daylily introduced that I know of with Teeth. The teeth are very yellow on both the petals and sepals, which adds great contrast to the flower. Flowers are 4 ¾" -5" with a small green throat and yellow eye, 3 way branching, 12- 15 bud count and dark green foliage which is resistant to spring sickness and leaf streak. Photo is just an average bloom. If it gets hot, the teeth are much bigger. Heavenly Pink Fang is a very strong rebloomer much like it's sib Buzz Saw. It is an extremely important parent for hybridizing for teeth daylilies; it puts teeth and dormancy into any of the southern or northern edged flowers. Mainly used in my program for bagel forms, however has produced a wonderful pink fanged unusual form daylily. I wanted to use it heavy this last year before introduction, in the greenhouse produced 110 pods on her, with only five dormant pollen parents. Thus to say very pod fertile would be an understatement. I consider this the Idia's Magic of the North for a teeth daylily.

Payment is due in 10 days. We dig, dip, clip and ship on the same day and most plants are carefully prepared for shipping within 15 minutes of the time they come out of the soil. Shipping is $12 for the first plant and additional wins will be $3 for each single or double fan and $5 for those with 3 or more fans shipped in the same box (we will do our best to combine as many as we can). Your largest win will be your first plant. These plants are for fall shipping.

Our area has had mandatory water cutbacks and it is essential that you take delivery of these plants this fall. We are willing to ship as early as weather permits.
