If I could grow only one Curt Hanson daylily, I think this would be it. First of all, THE DREAM SOCIETY is a big flower at 7" and it has gentle motion in the sepals that are close to being an unusual form. Secondly, it blooms later in the season when most late bloomers are gold, yellow, orange, or red....so it brings a new color into late bloomers. The color is one of the most splendid I have ever seen....deep, richsaturated blue purple with a washed eye zone with lots of blue. Add a 33" scape that performs better than registered....it has 6 way branching with 27 buds here. It's the total package....what more could you want?? Well, it's EASILY fertile BOTH WAYS, foliage is fantastic, and it increases nicely, too. I highly recommend this one....it's special!! The first photo was taken in my garden and the second is the hybridizer's photo...a unique color for late bloomersno matter where it blooms! ***This is my only auctionof THE DREAM SOCIETY for fall delivery!****
