A SINGLE FAN TO BE SHIPPED INTHE SPRINGBLOOM SIZE FAN THAT BLOOMED THIS PAST SUMMER THIS IS THE LAST ONE I HAVE FOR SALE SUPER REDHAWK (Benz) tet34" M. Dor. (White Fang X Ultimate Weapon)  When making this cross, I had envisioned a huge 6" version of WHITE FANG or maybe a bright red version of ULTIMATE WEAPON. I bloomed nearly 100 siblings over a 3 year period, and this 6" watermelon red bi-tone with its dramatic white sharks teeth came closest to my original vision. Blooms on SUPER REDHAWK favor parent WHITE FANG, but are over an inch larger with much heavier substance, a larger, greener throat and the teeth are far more consistent. Scapes are tall and only moderately well-branched with 15-18 buds. On the plus side, these big blooms are held up and out-providing a great visual display. An easy parent both ways and pollen is among the most potent I have encountered. SUPER REDHAWK is proving an extraordinary parent, and the seedlings from (Shabby Chic X Super Redhawk) that bloomed last year convinced me I had not used this powerhouse near enough. I was amazed that every seedling had shark's teeth and about half of them are introductory quality. They ranged from deepest red to bright rose pink and most were superior in color to their parents. One deep watermelon rose was even fully double with teeth on all segments. Fragrant and an excellent re-bloomer. One of the new kids from (Shabby Chic X Super Redhawk) is pictured on bottom.
