Single fans: the Daredevil version of a half-price sale!
NINA NINA WOLVERINA (Michaels 2010 introduction registered in 2009) M 34" DOR 7" red violet with grayed violet eye over creamy yellow to lime throat Variable Crispate. Averaging 3-4 laterals and 35-43 buds, it's thrown some wowser seedlings for me, color, shape and plant habit wise, especially budcount. A very pod and pollen fertile diploid that first bloomed in 2005, it makes small to medium fans. Named to honor my most wonderful, inspirational, generous and, most importantly, hilarious friend, Nina Lapierre. My best parent for increasing bud count and, in fact, I have a great seedling of NNW X HEAVENLY MISTER TWISTER that I've chosen to Not register because it has Too Many buds even when heavily podded year after year. Pod parent of COUNTERWISE WINE, MAIN SQUEEZE and a planned 2016 intro. (DALLAS STAR Seedling 2-12 X PURPLE CORN DANCER).

The garden is state inspected. We have never had daylily rust nor daylily leafminer.
