From the inspired cross of ARCTIC CLIPPER and TETRA MONICA MARIE comes this gorgeous round, heavily ruffled 5" near-white. PRINCESS BRIDE is our most important breeder for well-formed true white tetraploids, surpassing even SILVER SURFER in this respect. Our two sdlgs that are closest to white both have PRINCESS BRIDE as a parent. One of them is from SILVER SURFER, the other is not. PRINCESS BRIDE is our only introduction from hundreds of crosses using the beautiful tetraploid conversion of Lee Gate's legendary MONICA MARIE. Extremely heavy and always perfect, PRINCESS BRIDE is a perfectly round, heavily ruffled ivory to nearly white and can appear nearly snow-white after a day in full sun. Up to 25 of these perfectly sculpted blooms are displayed to perfection on strong 30" 4-way branched scapes. Fertile both ways, and parent of my "next" generation of ruffled "whites.".........$250.00

Flowers of Hooked On You are rosy red with a lighter rose watermark and green throat. Both petals and sepals are covered with white teeth. The color of the teeth can vary depending upon position. They can be gold, red, and white. Has a yellow green throat. And it is a dormant. Great parent for hybridizing for teeth. When I lined it out in September it was still sending up a rebloom scape.
