JANE'S PRISM (Jane Trimmer) Tetraploid (Dragonfly Dawn x Tetra Malachite Prism) 28" M. Re. Ev. 7" (Sdlg. J 1-8) Here is yet another introduction from Jane's Dragonfly Dawn. What is wonderful about JANE'S PRISM is the excellent pod fertility! Crossed with Dan's conversions of Tetra Rose Kennedy and Tetra Emerald Starburst huge magical green throats abound. JANE'S PRISM is a lavender blend with a large triangular eye that extends well out onto the petals and visible onto the sepals setting off the vivid green throat. Typical branching is two laterals, a terminal Y and 18 buds.

You’ve gotta love it when your Cobra is smiling. OK, this is the first, and certainly one of the best Tetra Rose F Kennedy introductions. Keep in mind my conversion is very fertile, and sets pods so I luckily have bloomed tens of thousands of new kids every year now for some 4 years. What that means I am selecting the best, from the best, etc. and it’s all about the green. If it’s not REALLY GREEN it gets tossed. So I give to you SMILING COBRA. Large, tall, and branched like a tree – Even fragrant! SMILING COBRA is fertile both ways and sets pods. My plants have not been baped and so will not be pod sterile. Very, Very Limited.

OUR SEEDS WERE PRODUCED IN OUR GARDEN. THEY WILL HAVE BEEN IN THE REFRIGERATOR FOR AT LEAST 3 WEEKS WHEN THIS AUCTION CLOSES. WHILE WE RECOGNIZE THERE ARE MANY POSITIVE REASONS FOR GREENHOUSE PRODUCTION, WE LIKE TO KNOW THAT AT LEAST ONE PARENT IS HARDY HERE IN ZONE 5. THIS IS A POSITIVE THAT EVEN MANY OF OUR FRIENDS ON THE GULF COAST VALUE AFTER LAST WINTER. UNLESS OUR SEEDS HAVE TWO 2015 INTRODUCTIONS AS PARENTS, YOU KNOW THAT AT LEAST ONE PARENT CAN HANDLE COLD WEATHER. SHIPPING WILL BE BY USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL. WE SHIP ON MONDAYS AND WEDNESDAYS.
