'Vampire Diaries� (Peat, J. '12) JP-10-02 - Sev., Fr., M., 26 in. sc.; 5.75 in., fl., 4 way branching with 30 buds. I can't seem to get enough of the dark, purple near black flowers with the bright white sharks teeth. 'Vampire Diaries' is an exceptional flower that holds well in the hot Florida sun. The white sharks teeth flow around both the sepals and petals, look carefully at the above image and you can easily see the sharks teeth on the rolled back sepals. This has been a great parent for big white edges with teeth. Many of our best futures come from Barracuda Bite as the pod parent, several are big reds and one a near black; all have good color saturation! All crosses have been made in my garden and are from the 2015 crop. Seeds are all from true to name daylilies. Pictures were taken in my garden unless otherwise noted. Seeds have been dried 3 days and kept in the refrigerator for more than 3 weeks .Ready to plant or to keep over-winter in the fridge for spring-planting . I give bonus seedsof my choosing with each shipment and sometimes they will be the same seeds as the win.
