Pod parent: THORHALLA (Mahieu 2003) ML 40" DOR 7" clear medium violet crispate Unusual Form with a black purple halo over a lemon lime chartreuse starburst throat, 9 branches and 54 buds. Brian wrote that this is "an excellent breeder for infusing high bud counts, branching, fragrance and hybrid vigor." Pod parent of VALKYRIES’ FLIGHT, pollen of HALF PAST MIDNIGHT and PRAIRIE MOON FAIRIES. [(ORCHID CORSAGE x citrina) X GRAPEADE].
Pollen parent: NNWMLDSKN-11 (unregistered) L 39” DOR 7” (9” wingspan) A 2018 introduction was planned (delayed by the many floodings of the field in 2017) for this purple curling Cascade Unusual Form primarily due to late bloom season and its branching of a terminal Y and 3-5 laterals producing 30-48 buds. While it is EMO even in cooler weather, the anthers open much later, preserving the unfurling tepals from pollen smudging and the pollen from dew. Passes curling to its kids. [(NINA NINA WOLVERINA x MOON LADDER) X SKINWALKER].
