Pod parent: TRCWLWHPGIG-17 (unregistered) M 36” DOR 7” heavy-substanced red violet with double etched eye on petals, a white chevron on the sepals and a yellow green throat. Selected in 2014 for the substance and movement of the tepals since, to date, Unusual Form movement is a rarity in patterned blooms. Very strong scapes hold 2 laterals under the terminal Y and 20-24 buds. {[TRAHLYTA x (CHIN WHISKERS x LITTLE WITCHING HOUR)] x PRETTY GRAPHIC] X INSTANT GRAFFITI}.
Pollen parent: DMAB6TTBBSO83-22 (unregistered) Gotta admit that I fell in love with the color and form and pattern of this new-for-2017 seedling. Clear medium pink with a red violet eye broken by multiple chevrons, the Spider ratio of the 12 blooms ranged from 3.857 (boo hoo…) to 5.4:1 (yippee!). Cascading, recurving blooms were 8” with a 13” wingspan. Promptly moved to the selected bed. {(Dallas Star seedling x MALACHITE PRISM) x ADDERBOLT] x BANSHEE CRADLESONG] X (TOOKY TOOKY BIRD x BANSHEE SONATA)}.
