Pod parent: TTBSLES-17 (unregistered) 36” M SEV 7˝” pink (darker when weather is cool) with large grey purple eye etched with big splashes of purple over a yellow to green throat. Scapes present 1-2 laterals under a terminal Y and about 20 buds. An early morning opener that is also extended and reblooms, it is likely to be a 2020 intro. (TOOKY TOOKY BIRD X “Snook’s Light-eyed Spider Seedling”).
Pollen parent: TTBWKTM3-2 (unregistered) 28” Mre SEV 7˝” deep orchid with multiple white chevrons over a yellow to green throat, 1 lateral and a terminal Y with 18 buds. This seedling has the most color saturation of the 3 I kept from this cross. The patterning was just as pronounced in our extremely hot 2018 summer as it was in the cooler than normal 2017 and appears to be independent of temperature. {TOOKY TOOKY BIRD X [(WILSON SPIDER x KINDLY LIGHT) x TOMORROW’S SONG] x MILITARY SCHOOL}.
Goals: Large blooms with patterned or etched eyes and gorgeous color.
The seeds have been air dried for 1-3 days before being refrigerated. Please store them in your fridge until ready to plant.
