HYBRIDIZING GOAL for this cross: Marietta Star Dancer really stepped out this summer...covering herself with huge star-rayed blooms that really caught your attention. Thinking I will try to keep the UF form and get a little color and maybe patterning, into her very light center. Hoping this great future, a20atshout ...will do it for me :) Enjoy the share!

****In previous years, I loved to describe in detail reasons I choose to use a cultivar for hybridizing. With the huge amount of auctions I am listing these past few years, I have had to cut back on details, and will list hybridizing goals instead. Hoping to streamline auction listings. ABOUT US:I still work full time, so this labor of love is performed on my days off, with the able assistance of hubby Dave and maybe a young garden helper. We have approximately 4 acres around our house under cultivation. We use these daylilies for hybridizing. We love to keep current on other hybridizers' new introductions to augment our hybridizing program. I hybridize for myself first...then LOVE sharing. You will bloom crosses that I have created for myself. Hopefully you will see the promise of these crosses too . :) Many involve my own seedlings. They rarely let me down. ENJOY!!!
