Auction is for 10 seeds from my 2019 intro PINK ICEBERG X KINDRED JEWEL. PINK ICEBERG has over 8" blooms with absolutely the best scapes on a tetraploid I have seen in 30 years of hybridizing. The scapes are over an inch in diameter, 40" tall with at least 5-way branching held in such a way that each bloom is allowed to open freely and be seen beautifully. The blooms are nicely ruffled, a lovely color, but this plant is not about the blooms. With KINDRED JEWEL as the pollen parent, I am hoping the kids will have fancier blooms than the pod parent, with the gorgeous colors of KJ on better scapes. Both parents are hardy in zone 5, and these seeds are a good chance for northern hybridizers to put some 'fancy' genes into their lines which will grow well. Please add $4.00 to auction total for US postage, good for up to 10 wins. I will ship to Canada, but not overseas addresses. Airmail postage is $10.00 Paypal can be accepted as payment or good check or money order payable to Gayle Story. Checks cannot be cashed until March, but seeds will be shipped in a timely manner.
