The pod parent is Loma Prieta (Maryott) - The pollen parent is CJ18919 (Furlow Seedling)
You are bidding on 5 sds. from the 2020 season.
JC18919 is from the hybridizing efforts of my boy Jacob, who is my pride and joy. Another nice Orange Tone Pattern that has done very well. Jacob has a fondness for orange tones. JC18919 always opens nicely and has beautiful scapes with heavy bud count. Very good pod and pollen fertile. Jacob worked with and planted many seeds from JC18919. We would like to offer you the opportunity to acquire seed crosses using JC18919 of which we can offer :-)

If you are new to daylilies, please know that the size and shape of seeds can vary tremendously. Some are large, some are small, some dry with little if any wrinkling, while others wrinkle. Diploids are usually smaller.
Germination: We use the moist chilling technique. We have a higher germination rate using this technique. Rich, CTdaylily, has very informed information on the moist chilling technique we use. To learn about the moist chilling technique, search for Rich, CTdaylily and Click on “About Me”. It is a successful method for seed germination. We experience 95% and higher seed germination. Thank you, Rich, for sharing valuable information!
