The pod parent is JC-7710-18 (Furlow Seedling) - The pollen parent is Kati Van Ness (Miller-M)
You are bidding on 5 sds. from the 2020 season.
JC-7710-18 is from the hybridizing efforts of my boy Jacob, who is my pride and joy. He has been at my side in the gardens since he was able to walk. JC-7710-18 has been a pleasure to work with, its pollen is used throughout chosen patterned daylilys. This one has become a favorite to hybridize with. Very Pod and Pollen fertile. We would like to offer you the opportunity to acquire seed crosses using JC-7710-18 of which we can offer :-)

If you are new to daylilies, please know that the size and shape of seeds can vary tremendously. Some are large, some are small, some dry with little if any wrinkling, while others wrinkle. Diploids are usually smaller.
Germination: We use the moist chilling technique. We have a higher germination rate using this technique. Rich, CTdaylily, has very informed information on the moist chilling technique we use. To learn about the moist chilling technique, search for Rich, CTdaylily and Click on “About Me”. It is a successful method for seed germination. We experience 95% and higher seed germination. Thank you, Rich, for sharing valuable information!
