The pod parent is JC03819 (Furlow Seedling) - The pollen parent is Trembler (Maryott)
You are bidding on 5 sds. from the 2020 season.
JC03819 is from the hybridizing efforts of my boy Jacob, who is my pride and joy. The deep orange tone makes the green throat pop. Patterned nicely throughout the season. Heat does not affect this daylily, JC03819 has thick petal substance. I hope it passes this trait on! Beautiful plant habit as well. Very good pod and pollen fertile. This season, Jacob worked with and planted many seeds from JC03819. We would like to offer you the opportunity to acquire seed crosses using JC03819 of which we can offer :-)
We dry our seeds up to 24 hours. They are kept chilled from that point on. They are ready to plant when you receive. We inspect our seeds carefully before they are shipped. We will only send the best and only what we would plant ourselves.

If you are new to daylilies, please know that the size and shape of seeds can vary tremendously. Some are large, some are small, some dry with little if any wrinkling, while others wrinkle. Diploids are usually smaller.
Germination: We use the moist chilling technique. We have a higher germination rate using this technique. Rich, CTdaylily, has very informed information on the moist chilling technique we use. To learn about the moist chilling technique, search for Rich, CTdaylily and Click on “About Me”. It is a successful method for seed germination. We experience 95% and higher seed germination. Thank you, Rich, for sharing valuable information!
