BANSHEE LOVE CALL (Michaels 2007) M 29" EV 8˝" (11" wingspan) creamy yellow with pale chartreuse throat and a spider ratio of 5:1 to 7.8:1 depending on rainfall. Reblooming each year, even in 2002 when it first bloomed, it was almost near white when grown for 2˝ years in Niagara Falls. Since its move to Burt in 2005, it has been less near-white and so was registered as creamy yellow. One to two laterals hosting an average of 29 buds per strong scape, its kids are among the most skinny in the seedling patch and almost all inherit the rebloom trait. Fertile both ways though pods are tricky; pollen parent of BANSHEE BABY TALK, grandmother of BANSHEE SONATA and grandfather of BETSY’S LEMONADE STAND. Makes narrow fans. (Garden Portrait-NOT X BANSHEE WHISPER). Garden Portrait-not was acquired from Bobby Baxter who acquired it from Jerry Dickerson as GARDEN PORTRAIT and is the pod parent of FOR ALGERNON).

You are considering one bare root double fan (or 2 fans in those very rare cases where fans separate on their own over winter after being lined out in spring and summer) that would be mailed in spring 2015. Shipping usually begins in May but there have been years when some plants were able to be dug as early as the second week in April.

The garden is state inspected. We have never had daylily rust nor daylily leafminer.
