HYBRIDIZER'S PIC AND DESCRIPTION: 
ledgewood’s pansy eye (abajian, g) tet (sabine baur x sdlg.) 6 ¾”,sev, 29”, em, re, bc 18, 3-way branching. display ledgewood’s pansy eye has been eagerly awaited for since its maiden bloom. this is probably my most strikingly beautiful eyed flower that i have bred to date. base color is a pale, soft lilac. the large saturated concord grape eye covers most of the petal surface. wide ruffled edges, echoing the eye color, are outlined in cream. an enormous deep green throat spills out onto the petals. a phenomenal parent, giving sensational kids with eyes and edges of violet blue, lavender pink, and concord grape. its unique coloration, makes it an impressive garden flower and a must for the hybridizer that breeds for eyes and edges. fertile both ways.
