38 x 6.5”, season M, Dormant, Tetraploid, Fragrant, 22 buds, 4 branches
This is the parent of our highly acclaimed BASS GIBSON. JAGUAR’S PAW is a showy, vigorous plant with dormant foliage. Six to seven inch flowers are borne on well budded 38” scapes. The bright yellow gold color carries a long distance, but close up one can see the ruffled edges and teeth - and smell the delightful fragrance! An established clump of JAGUAR’S PAW is a beacon during the mid to late season. The pollen is fertile, and pods are set occasionally.
We fell in love with JAGUAR'S PAW (previously known as JAG-3) in Everett Daugherty's garden. It is a sibling of his introduction JAGUAR. He graciously gave his approval for us to register this amazing daylily.
