Gryphon Hankow Legacy* (Gil Stelter, 2012) 6.5, 36, Dor, M, 4 branches, 16 buds, UF Cascade. (H. fulva ‘Hankow’ × Ginger Twist) Orange with bright orange red chevrons on petals and sepals. The bright orange red chevrons on the petals and lighter versions on the sepals contrast the orange basic color. The strong green throat is unusual in fulva-tet crosses. While registered as a variable UF, the basic shape is generally the traditional form of the species in its background. It is not rhizomatous but increases quickly. ‘Gryphon Hankow Legacy’ combines the exotic characteristics of the modern tetraploid with the vigor and hardiness of a fulva variety. HM Award 2017 The hybridizer closed his garden last year after creating an exceptional run of high-performance daylilies. This one is very showy! You are bidding on a double fan. I have only this one plant available. Shipping is no earlier than mid-April and concludes the first week of June. Shipping to Continental US Only, excepting OR, WA, AZ, NV. Payment is due within 7 days of auction close and can be made by PayPal, check or money order. Missouri residents add 7.95% tax. Please indicate a desired time for shipping.
