A lined out, double fan of John Benz's, Warrior of Virtue from my Utah garden. To be shipped immediately. John's picture and description. Please do not bid if you cannot pay immediately. WARRIOR OF VIRTUE (Benz)tet24" M. Dor. (Kingdom of Heaven X J. T. Davis) KINGDOM OF HEAVEN and J. T. DAVIS are both parents extraordinaire, but WARRIOR OF VIRTUE goes above and beyond my wildest expectations when making this cross. This 6" bloom appears sculpted from ivory marble and is bristling with huge brilliant gold teeth and braids. In Like a big improved version of KINGDOM OF HEAVEN, only much heavier and much more symmetrical. Plants are far superior to either parent and have huge arching blue-green leaves, with straight strong well-branched scapes and a total of 25 buds. Always flat open with substance that laughs at sun, wind, and rain and is actually more beautiful at the end of a hot day as the entire bloom seems to glow with a fluorescent pink overlay. Fertile both ways and looking forward to the first WARRIOR OF VIRTUE seedlings this summer.....
