FLY LIKE AN EGO (Davisson 2017) DF+ any Increase

As Judy says, this one is a visitor magnet -- I was totally surprised on the first bloom! It is a great bud builder for me in my Delaware, zone 7b garden. Thank you Judy for use of your photo and the following description.

FLY LIKE AN EGO is my cleanest, brightest orange to date!! A visitor magnet, it has vibrant 8 inch red-orange blooms with diamond dusted gold throats. Fragrant, too! Petals gentlycrispate and sepals cascade. Has a waxy substance that is rain and sun proof even on the hottest days.Scapes are tall at 42" with 4 wide spaced branches that perfectly display 25 to 27 blooms. A bud builder so don't cut thescapes when it seems to be finished because it will start building new buds. Blooms mid to late season. Pollen fertile....I've used this one a lot due to the color clarity and hardy, dormant plant habit. Gorgeous blue-green foliage from EXHAUSTED ROOSTER X MISS MAYHEM.Tetraploid.

All plants are grown in my 7B zone Delaware garden within a couple miles of the Lewes and Rehoboth beaches. My soil is a nice blend of sand, clay and organic matter. I try to offer at least DF or TF however I do specify in the description the size fan to expect.
