As I am phasing out wait lists, this will give everyone an equal chance to obtain this scarce introduction! SASQUATCH SOCKS is a dramatically unique 7" orange and apricot blended crispate with an apricot watermark, fine yellow edges, and a wide chartreuse throat. The petals show orange spots and veins against an apricot base at the petal tips. Scapes are 33" with modest 3-way branching, 13 buds, but the plant doles out the bloom over a long period of time starting midseason, and its unique hybridizing potential make it a highly desirable addition to your hybridizing program. It passes along veining and spots to its progeny and is easily fertile both ways. From a cross of FLYING TRAPEZE X MISS DEMEANOR, it has hardy dormant plant habit.
