POD: GABOON VIPER  Mahieu '03, 6.5”, 34”, DOR, DIP, Mid-Late season. Ext. Rebloom.  [TRAHLYTA X SPANISH FANDANGO] FR, NOC.  3 way branching 14 buds.  Named for a tropical viper with garish triangular markings, this pale taupe reverse bitone has HUGE triangular violet bands on the petals.  The sepals match the etching at the edge of the layered band.  Throat color is lemon to chartreuse.  There is a cream picotee on the sepals. Fertile both ways.

POLLEN:   YELLOW IBIS  Mahieu-Burris '10, 9", 70", DOR, DIP, Mid-Late.  Somewhat of a bud-builder it can top out well over the 70". Huge, fragrant bloom of creamy lemon with a huge, radiating chartreuse throat. Scapes are very strong and hold up well both to wind and rain, with only a few outside scapes leaning ever so slightly, but in no means so much as to be a fault as many of this height do. And how many of them have a 9" bloom!!! If you like tall, this one has it all.Fragrant, Diurnal, with 4 way branching and 24 buds. This was a sib cross.
