* 'White Tooth� (Peat, J. '09) JP-07-28 - Sev., Fr., M., Re., 38 in. sc.; 6.5 - 7 in. fl., 5 way branching with 30 buds.� This clean colored purple flower has a fantastic dark black-purple eyezone and one-quarter inch picotee edge. A lighter purple eyezone is clearly shown on the sepals. The darker ruffled picotee edge is always surrounded by large white pointy teeth. These teeth can often be found on the sepals when the humidity is higher, but there are always a few teeth present on the sepals. Fertile both ways. EAGLE'S GIFT

(Mort Morss x Substance of Fire) x (Fortune's Dearest x Royal Fringe) Sev. 7" fl. 32" sc. M 25 buds. I have been working toward white fringed edges, which are especially dramatic on dark colors. Eagle's Gift is a rich dark purple, with a continuous white fringed edge and huge white sharks teeth on both the petals and sepals. This image was taken early in the morning; later, the large flowers recurve, presenting a more rounded form. I have used Eagle's Gift in both my full form and narrow filagree programs with equal success. These wonderful flowers are presented on tall scapes.
