Ev 38” EE Re 5.5” Noc Ext Tall Pattern Eye Near White with violet veined patterned eye on all segments and yellow to green throat. Can you see the WHALE TALE in the petals? Always been fascinated by patterns but most flower patterns frankly, have been done, are non-descript, or fade to puddles of color during the day. WT always has whales but will vary daily adding mystery! SA contributed height and ST brought pattern, both have blue in the background so looking for even more new looks from WT in the future! Ev. M. Re. 30”scapes. 6” flowers. A pale cream flower with an intense patterned eye of lavender rose that is present on both petals and sepals. The flower also carries a large rose purple edge that sometimes has hints of cream and teeth. Fertile.

WE USED FANTASTIC BARBARA WATTS HEAVILY BECAUSE WE THOUGHT IT WAS ONE OF THE FINEST PATTERNS WE HAD SEEN IN SOME TIME. WE SAW SALTER'S PROGRAM IN HATTIESBURG RECENTLY AND NOW WE BELIEVE IT MAY ALSO PROVE TO BE ONE OF THE BEST TET PATTERN BREEDERS AVAILABLE.

OUR SEEDS WERE PRODUCED IN OUR GARDEN. THEY WILL HAVE BEEN IN THE REFRIGERATOR FOR AT LEAST 3 WEEKS WHEN THIS AUCTION CLOSES. WHILE WE RECOGNIZE THERE ARE MANY POSITIVE REASONS FOR GREENHOUSE PRODUCTION, WE LIKE TO KNOW THAT AT LEAST ONE PARENT IS HARDY HERE IN ZONE 5. THIS IS A POSITIVE THAT EVEN MANY OF OUR FRIENDS ON THE GULF COAST VALUE AFTER LAST WINTER. UNLESS OUR SEEDS HAVE TWO 2014 INTRODUCTIONS AS PARENTS, YOU KNOW THAT AT LEAST ONE PARENT CAN HANDLE COLD WEATHER. SHIPPING WILL BE BY USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL. WE SHIP ON MONDAYS AND WEDNESDAYS.
