I am sorry to report that, if this long cold winter has caused you to suffer from S.A.D. (Seed Acquisition Disorder), I will no longer be able to help as these are my final offerings for the season. My thanks to you all for your support! Pod parent: CLTMLS-21 (unregistered) 27” Mre DOR 5” moved to the selected bed in August, 2012, this purple displays multiple chevrons more often than MILITARY SCHOOL but reblooms just as well, producing 3 sets of scapes in 2014. All tepals usually recurve but the sepals sometimes refuse to do so after a number of chilly nights. With a terminal W and one lateral holding only 17-19 buds so far, plus its fat nature, it’s likely to remain a bridge plant. (CHANGING LATITUDES X MILITARY SCHOOL). Pollen parent: STARLIGHT SPLASH (Reed 2012) EM 28" DOR this 7" pink with patterned eyezone gives the impression of being much larger. A cold dominant pattern but one that maintains here in all but the hottest weather. I've had this daylily since 2008 (visitors know it as "Margo's Patterned Seedling") and have seen some remarkable seedlings from it. Passes pattern, size and can pick up unusual forms. In fact, the first bloom I ever saw of STARLIGHT SPLASH in my garden had perfect, tightly quilled sepals. Sure wish I'd gotten a photo of that! Sports one lateral and only 15 buds but with the amount of scapes it produces, there wouldn't be room for more. A very important break for patterned Unusual Forms. ("Snook's Light Eyed Seedling" X CRYSTALLINE ENTITY). Goals: Patterns! The seeds have been air dried for 1-3 days before being refrigerated. Please store them in your fridge until ready to plant. Bonus seeds: Cheerfully included for prompt contact and payment. DOMESTIC: Unless prior arrangements have been made, payment is expected within 10 days of the close of this auction. Please include $3.00 postage for up to 10 crosses. New York state residents, please add 8% sales tax. Check, money order and PayPal are accepted.
