Simply called “Fancy” in the garden, FANCY LACE has been one of our favorite parents. It is rare you get a very large near white with very heavy ruffling that is also a very easy parent both ways. Wonderful full formed flowers of excellent substance and extraordinary beauty. Sib to SNOW CRYSTAL and while it does not have SNOW CRYSTAL’s 7-way branching it makes up for it by being exceptionally large flowers. On first scapes most blooms are about 7”. On later scapes they are usually 6”- 6.5”. A must if you are doing large ruffled whites or need a color clarifier. This is our finest and last great white for some time…
Great cold weather opener along with SHAMROCK DEW and JOHN HAWKINS and a highlight of the early bloom season. Easily fertile both ways and a wonderful daylily! LIMITED
