LAST AUCTIONS OF THIS SEASON!! Thanks to all of my customers, loyal returning customers and new ones alike. After the end of the last auction today, (Saturday, December 13th), please settle up with me within 10 days. If you need an invoice, let me know and I will send you one. I would like to get everyone’s seeds sent out before Christmas.
Here’s wishing you a very Merry Christmas, Happiest of Holidays, and the best ever New Year!! Hope to see you all back, same time, same place…next season.
This auction is for three crosses I pulled out of my KEEPER bag. Too many seeds to plant inside....had to make more cuts.
SEEDS from:
Pod Parent: Fangs A Lot (Dan Bachman'scute little toothy thing--makes even cuter little toothy things for us! :)
Pollen parent: Wild Thornberry-Benz. I bought this one based on poor picture that made the REAL thing a big surprise. This northern dormant is absolutely gorgeous.
BONUS #1: 50 Shades Of Brown (Hamilton) X #12-92-1 (City Of New Orleans X Oklahoma Sand Burr) This seedling was a real surprise, considering who it's parents are. It's a soft, mellow 'brown', with a thick yellow ruffle. Very pretty.
BONUS #2: The Incredible Earl Watts X Sharkbite Summer-both do well in the north-both gorgeous flowers with nice teeth.
Bonus seeds with each win if payment is received within 10 days of auction close. Bonus will be at least 2 extra seeds from listed cross, unless stated otherwise.
We hope you will find our listings of interest. We worked closely with Jackson’s Daylilies and Gold Coast Daylilies for several years. Sadly, both of these fine hybridizers have chosen to retire, but we will continue to offer genetics from their intros and selected seedlings, (as well as our own), that can not be found elsewhere.
All seeds are from the 2017 season, and have been dried at least 48 hours before refrigeration. They have been chilled at least 3 weeks by the close of the auction. All seeds, whether primary listing, or bonus seeds, are crosses we would be happy to plant ourselves, if we had the space.
We do not have a greenhouse. All of our plants have to survive Ohio winters, and in some years, the even worse Ohio springs.
Please note that all daylily seeds are not round and smooth. Many are flat, some more wrinkled than others. All seeds are checked at least three times before shipping. If moisture has collected in packs after shipping, please allow seeds to dry a few hours before refrigerating.
We prefer PayPal for payment, but will accept money orders, and personal checks. NOTE: Our bank insists that we allow 2 weeks for personal checks to clear. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
We will ship overseas, but can not be responsible for international shipments unless the buyer pays for expedited shipping via DHL, UPS, or Express Mail.
Shipping within U.S is $3.00. I sincerely regret that recent postal increases have forced me to raise my shipping and handling costs for Canada to $10.00 and most overseas countries to $14.00. No sales to Indonesia. It is the buyer’s responsibility to be aware of any restrictions on seed sales.
I can not guarantee overseas delivery once the seeds leave the US.
Shipping will change if postage goes up.
PayPal ONLY for overseas orders.
Initial shipping price is for as many wins as I can cram in one mailer…(up to 20, unless shipping charges increase….again.) I will happily combine shipping, but if you would like me to hold wins while you continue bidding, please contact me and let me know, and keep payments up to date to help me with my book keeping.
When you are finished bidding, and wish to have your seeds shipped, inform me and I will get them sent to you ASAP.
Please do not bid if you cannot pay promptly.
Thank you for checking out my auctions, and have fun bidding.
