My name is Ed Burton "gramps", this is my 12th year selling seeds, rust free northern garden, I will ship anywhere where permitted, the only place I know for sure that I can't ship is Russia.
Bottom line, you need to know your country's shipping policy, All I can only guarantee is the shipping to Canada or International because of customs being different for each country
Postage is for all seeds shipped together to one address at the same time, US $4, Canada $10.50, international $14.00
