Witch's Thimble (Hudson 1981) x Mayor Of Munchkinland (Herrington T 2010) 5 seeds.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY IF YOU ARE NOT IN THE CONTINENTAL US
All seeds are fresh from the 2021 growing season. Seeds will have been chilled for a minimum of 3 weeks by auction's end. If not planting immediately, please re-refrigerate seeds upon arrival until planting time. If refrigerating, you might want to pull them out of the bags and air dry for a few hours first in case temperature changes during shipping caused any condensation inside the zip-locks.
If you are new to daylilies, please be aware that the size and shape of seeds can vary enormously. Some are round, some oblong, some large, some small. Some dry with hardly any wrinkling or shriveling, while others "prune up" quite a lot. Seeds are inspected before shipping, and we will not send any we would not plant ourselves. If for any reason you are not happy with seeds you receive, please E-mail immediately and send them back in their original zip-locks--your money will be refunded.
While the majority of seeds germinate within the first couple weeks of being planted, please do realize that some seeds are "dormant" and may take months. A buyer from spring of 2009 E-mailed me to tell me that she had kept watering the few that hadn't germinated (she planted them in April or May) and in September two more daylilies popped up. Moist stratification techniques can help break dormancy and ensure that dormant seeds germinate in a more timely manner.
Shipping and handling is $4.00 for up to 12 seed wins for the United States. We ship by USPS, 1st class mail, in padded envelopes.
We will also ship internationally to any countries without seed restrictions that do not require special permits (Russia, for example, requires special permits, so we cannot ship to Russia, and Europe requires phyto certificates so we no longer ship to Europe)--it is the buyer's responsibility to find out if their country has such restrictions. Don't ask if we will falsify your customs declarations form--and this includes changing price paid or marking your shipment as a gift--we will not do it. If shipping to your country is a problem in spite of no seed restrictions, don't bid. Currently many countries are not accepting foreign shipments due to Covid restrictions. Please check to see if your country is accepting such shipments before bidding. International priority mail shipping (excluding Canada) is $55.00 for up to 36 wins. International priority mail shipping for Canada is $37 for up to 36 wins. Most international priority mail shipping includes insurance on the first $200. There is an additional charge for insurance above the $200 on international shipments. We highly recommend insuring for the entire value of your shipment and we will not be responsible for reimbursement above the amount insured. At this time we will only ship out of country via priority mail.
We accept PayPal (preferred), money orders and personal checks. If paying by PayPal or money order, seeds will be shipped within one week of receipt of payment unless you request otherwise. When paying by personal check, seeds will be shipped after check clears. Lily Auction rules state that payment is due within 10 days of auction close. If you are bidding on multiple auctions and want seeds to be held until the end for shipping, we are happy to hold seeds for combined shipping, but please abide by Lily Auction rules and keep your payments current. Please realize that sellers pay their fees when auctions are posted and when they are closed and don’t ask us to wait weeks or months for payment. To make it easier for us to apply the payment to the correct account, please note your Lily Auction user ID on either your PayPal payment (under special instructions) or on your check or money order. All payments should be in US funds, please.
