Heavenly Blackberry Beauty is EASILY my most distinctive daylily introduced this year. I don't often introduce bitone daylilies, so you know when I do, they have to be AMAZING. Blackberry Pie is hands down my favorite kind of pie to eat, and this daylily reminds me of that. The dark, luscious blackberry eye, and saturated petal color remind me of a perfectly juicy, ripe blackberry. There is no mistaking this beauty. To add to her qualities, she also extends the bloom season. Yes, this beauty will LEAD OFF the blooming season when most early bloomers are yellow or orange. She is also hardy and vigorous in the northern tundra of Wisconsin. With THREE tet conversions in her background, she also offers a genetic substance rarely found in today's tetraploid daylilies. You can't go wrong with this one........$125 SF, $225 DF.
