DR. FRANCES S. BAKER (LEWIS) X MISTER GREEN (PIERCE) 5 seeds. I actually saw Mister Green back in 2021 in the Floyd Cove seedling fields. Wow, there was nothing like it. I didn't think it would get fast tracked into being an intro so soon, but the sale of the property made that necessary. (Or at least that is what I think.) I was all too happy to get a plant of Mister Green in the spring of 2023. AND when it sent up a scape late last summer, I was all too happy to spread it's pollen on some late season daylilies. For those of you that don't know, Dr. Frances S. Baker is a late season daylily. What a wonderful thing that is. I didn't make a ton of crosses using Mister Green, but I made sure those that I did counted. Dr. Frances is a pod stud. I have 2 baggies of this cross, one for you (whoever wins) and of course one for me. My last auction of this cross and it's a great one. The end of the season is proving to be stellar. Get it.
