You are bidding on a double fan or better of this lovely, very Southern looking dormant 'KENTUCKY ROYALTY'. It knocked my socks off last year blooming and reblooming here in Zone 5a in a very dry and somewhat neglected corner of the garden. A deep purple red with a heavily ruffled yellow-gold edge, 3 branches and 24 buds, very hardy and a good increaser. I will be dividing a clump.

All plants are field grown in my zone 5a New York State licensed and inspected garden. I have never had rust, purchase only from other rust-free growers and rust does not overwinter here. Auction offerings are freshly dug blooming size divisions lined out the previous year (unless otherwise noted) grown to their northern potential in the lovely gravelly loam of the Finger Lakes with only organic soil amendments and fertilization. Guaranteed to be healthy and true to type. All photos taken in my own garden.

Please note your bidder alias with payment. Spring shipping begins around May 10. Shipping is through USPS Priority Mail - $10 for first plant plus $1 for each additional plant.
