Thank you for taking the time to read up on our page. ツ
Our username is Eustaceseeds and we harvest over 10,000 daylily seeds every year here in northern Ohio. We like to grow the newest and most unique Daylilies you could ever imagine. We also turn our gardens over to sell out of the older cultivars to make room for the latest introductions to date. We grow 99% of our seeds and daylilies on our 2 acre flower farm in outdoor fields with little cover. We like to combine genetics that will do really well here in northern Ohio. Hard dormant plants do really well for us here in Zone 5b. USDA growing zone boundaries continue to change and over the past few years I believe we are now in Zone 6. Over the past 3 years we have noticed significant changes in our weather pattern. Here in Ohio it's much easier for a daylily to adapt when planted in the Spring rather than the Fall.
When Bidding, please consider our excellent feedback. If there would ever be an unsatisfactory transaction from us, please let us know. We want to share the exciting happiness of growing our favorite plants with you. Ohio is home to some of the most fantastic daylily gardens you will discover and the birthplace of some really great daylily cultivars too!
Our seeds are put through a cold period after drying out for a few days. They are always ready to sprout when you receive them. They can also be stored in your fridge until it is the right time for you to plant. The seeds are tested for viability with the pinch test, anything squishy is tossed out. You should have really great results in getting our seeds to grow.
The seedlings you will receive would have bloomed for a season. Measurements should have been taken and displayed in the body of the description before you bid. 100% of the seedlings we sell to the Buyer have all the rights, given to the Buyer. Unless, its otherwise stated, the Buyer has the right to introduce the seedling as their own.
Our unbloomed seedlings are not puny and have been growing, some up to 2 years. You will not receive an unbloomed seedling less than 8 months old. It will be large enough and healthy enough to plant in your garden right away. Again, all rights go to the Buyer. You are welcome to introduce the daylily as your own.
Unbloomed Seedlings Size - Typical seedling size you can expect when you Win one of our Auctions.
We look forward to providing you a little happiness in a silly crazy busy world! Hoping you will disconnect from the world for a bit and enjoy your wonderful garden of daylilies!
